The Challenge — A baseline study lives or dies by its indicators: dozens of them, cross-referenced, each one destined to be compared against endline figures years later. The design had to make indicator tables stable, comparable and quotable.

The Approach — I designed an indicator-table system with strict numbering and cross-referencing, gave each indicator family its own visual signature, and built summary pages that let evaluators cite the baseline without re-reading the analysis.

The Solution — A baseline document built for its real job — being quoted, compared and trusted years after publication.
