Rapport Général Tchad

The Narrative
The Challenge — Field data arrived late, in mixed formats and three languages, while the report had to be presented to institutional partners on a fixed date — in a country context where printing facilities were limited and every visual had to be legible in both print and low-bandwidth PDF.

The Approach — I designed a template-first system: fixed chapter shells, a photo treatment that kept field imagery consistent regardless of source quality, and data pages that could be regenerated as figures arrived. The layout was validated early against both the print vendor constraints and screen reading.

The Solution — The report shipped on time with a visual system that made heterogeneous field content read as one coherent document — and the template was reused for partner reporting the following year.
