The Challenge — Workshop reports are usually unreadable minutes: chronological, photo-dump layouts that bury the actual outcomes. This one had to document the process, honour the participants and hand decision-makers usable conclusions.

The Approach — I structured the report by outcomes rather than chronology: session summaries with photo treatments sized for print economy, participant contributions formatted as quotable blocks, and a recommendations section designed to be lifted straight into follow-up documents.

The Solution — A workshop report people actually re-open — outcomes first, photos with purpose, recommendations ready for the next step.
