The Challenge — The second year of an annual report is where series identity is won or lost: recognisable enough to feel like a family, updated enough not to look like a reprint.

The Approach — I evolved the 2017 grid — adjusted the key-figures treatment, refined the photo system, kept the structural spine — so stakeholders would recognise the document at a glance while seeing the year’s own personality.

The Solution — A mature edition that consolidated the report series into a durable visual tradition.
