Plan d'Investissement des Contributions

The Challenge — Climate contributions are policy language; investment plans are budget language. The document had to translate between the two without losing either audience — ministers reading priorities, financiers reading figures.

The Approach — I designed an investment-table system where every priority line carries its own visual weight, paired with infographic summaries that let policy readers grasp the portfolio logic without touching a spreadsheet.

The Solution — A bilingual policy-to-budget document where priorities, figures and timelines finally live on the same page.
