Inception Report (Principal)

The Challenge — The same document must convince a donor reviewing budget logic and guide a field team that will never read past the workplan — without either audience feeling the document was not written for them.

The Approach — I separated reading depths explicitly: summary spreads for decision-makers, methodology pages with diagram-driven explanations, and workplan tables designed for print consultation and annotation.

The Solution — An inception report both audiences actually use — decision spreads upward, workplan tables downward.
