Offre Technique APIA 2024

The Challenge — Tender evaluators score dozens of offers in limited time. Most are walls of text; the winning margin comes from being the one offer whose competence is visible before a sentence is read.

The Approach — I designed the offer as a persuasion instrument: a cover that establishes seriousness, methodology pages with process diagrams instead of paragraphs, and annex layouts that make compliance checkable at a glance.

The Solution — A tender document built to be scored — technical depth made visible, compliance made effortless, and the offer physically standing apart in the evaluator’s stack.
