Inception Report ECREEE

The Challenge — An inception report is a contract disguised as a document: every reviewer — donor, regional centre, national focal points — reads a different section first, and ambiguity anywhere becomes a dispute later.

The Approach — I structured the document so each audience enters through its own door: a governance diagram system, workplan tables that survive re-reading, and a layout that keeps methodological text visually separated from annexes.

The Solution — A clean, dispute-resistant inception document whose tables and diagrams became the working reference for programme governance.
