Climate Finance Forum Report
The Narrative
The Challenge — The forum needed an annual flagship report that could carry dense financial data and multi-country analysis to an audience mixing policymakers, funders and technical experts — within a three-week production window and a print budget that allowed no second run.
The Approach — I built the entire editorial system around a strict grid that could absorb both narrative chapters and full-page data visualisations, defined a restrained institutional palette, and produced every infographic from the raw finance datasets so figures, sources and layout stayed in sync to the final page.
The Solution — A 90+ page bilingual report delivered print-ready and screen-optimised, with a modular layout system the secretariat could reuse for the following edition. The report became the reference document for subsequent funding discussions.
