The Challenge — Institutional rebranding fails in two opposite ways: so conservative nothing changes, or so modern the institution stops recognising itself — and with six logo variants in play, consistency across departments is the real battle.

The Approach — I delivered the full logo suite (primary, horizontal, vertical, icon, mono) with explicit usage rules, then equipped every daily workflow: business cards, letterhead, wall signage, pens and goodies, a presentation folder and vehicle livery.

The Solution — A rebrand kit a whole institution can actually apply — every variant defined, every touchpoint covered, from the wall sign to the vehicle fleet.
