The Challenge — The brand had to feel premium enough for a cosmetics shelf and feminine without falling into cliché — while the founder needed packaging and labels that a small local printer could actually produce.

The Approach — I paired an elegant monogram with a soft, confident palette, designed the product label and packaging as the hero assets, and made sure the boutique facade and banner extended the same visual voice to the street.

The Solution — A shelf-ready beauty identity — logo, product label, packaging, business card, boutique facade and banner — built to look imported and be printed locally.
